GUARANTEE
Each of our products is individually crafted at our own workshop and designed to become more beautiful with age and everyday use.
Each is unique, like us; and like us they will not withstand prolonged or undue stress or mishandling.
Should your item develop a 'fault' within 24 months of the purchase date, we will offer an exchange or a full refund.
A ‘fault’ is defined to be an issue that has arisen through the regular, standard wearing or use of the product that prevents it from being used in the way for which it was intended.
Such as:
- The breaking of a link with a force less than 7kg.
- A lock or other functioning part no longer operating as it was intended to.
- A component either damaged or separated away from the
main body of the product through regular wear and use.
PRODUCT CARE
Our products are made with great care and attention to detail. It’s our hope that you will enjoy and use them often.
Should you ever need to clean your product, you need to use little more than a soft microfibre cloth.
Avoid using tissue paper or paper towels. These can be abrasive and scratch the hand polished surface, affecting the look and feel of the item.
When not wearing or using your product, please keep it safe within the pouch / gift box (where supplied).
Where possible, try to avoid dinks, damage and tangling with other products by storing your accessories separately.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
Every Thomas Slim pen is crafted in our own workshops and carefully prepared before it leaves us.
- Orders are usually dispatched the same day.
- All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery.
Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery address.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- Standard: 4 - 5 days
- Priority: 2 - 3 (often arrives the next working day)
SHIPPING RATES:
Orders USD $60 or above:
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Priority Shipping: $20.00
Orders under USD $60:
- Standard Shipping: $10.00
- Priority Shipping: $20.00
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that your pen is on its way.
Each Thomas Slim product carries our Guarantee of Quality. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we will offer a full and immediate refund.
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service team at ask@thomasslim.co.uk.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised Engraved Items
- Items featuring personalisation are non-refundable unless there is a clear and indisputable defect in the product.
Processing Your Refund
- Refunds are processed within five working days of receiving your returned item.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method, minus any delivery charges (where applicable).
- Your card provider may take a further 4–7 working days to reflect the refund.
- For security reasons, refunds can only be made to the original purchaser’s card.
