The Namur Ebonite is shaped from Cinder Red ebonite - a traditional material with a wonderfully warm, soft feel in the hand and a subtle grain that makes each pen slightly different.

Its clean, Japanese-inspired form is deliberately understated. 

The gold-plated steel grip carries an engraved geometric pattern with a story of its own. Namur takes its name from the Belgian city whose celebrated fortifications were extensively remodelled by Vauban in the late seventeenth century. Their distinctive geometry provided the starting point for the pattern.

The result is a pen that feels warm, balanced and quietly individual - simple at first glance, with details that reveal themselves over time. A pen made to be used, and made to last.
